When our facility is rented out to artists for these events, The Facility Supervisor is responsible for looking after the rental. These rental take place after hours (Tuesday-Saturday from 18:00 to 00:00) or on Sundays and Mondays.If you are interested in becoming a Facility Supervisor, please contact Emma Brockelbank, Production Director at:email@example.comCanada Summer Jobs (contract position)Communications & Office AdministratorWorking closely with the EMMEDIA Production Director, this position will be a point of contact for EMMEDIA members and the general public. They will be responsible for disseminating important information via email, social media, newsletters, and community outreach. Social media knowledge must include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, and MailChimp. Additionally, communications research, website maintenance and copy writing, photo editing, and data entry are also within the scope of this position. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, this position will predominantly take place remotely. Applicants must have access to a personal computer and good internet access. This position will require approximately 35 hours per week at $18.00/hr, for a total of 8 weeks or 280 hours to be completed before February 2022.General EMMEDIA Qualifications: Positive attitude and sense of humor Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances Passionate and informed about media art Newly expanded Canada Summer Jobs eligibility now includes all youth aged 15-30, and is no longer restricted to students.
