Join the Fundraising Committee!

EMMEDIA is looking for MEMBERS OF OUR FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE! 

Help the media arts community THRIVE. We are looking for dedicated people with a passion for the media arts and fundraising to help take EMMEDIA to the next stage! Members of our (shiny new) Fundraising Committee will help EMMEDIA create and execute a robust fundraising plan, both for an upcoming capital campaign and to create a sustained, consistent fund-development pipeline for donations and sponsorships. Meet other people with like-minded interests, get experience in arts leadership, and be the first to know about our upcoming programming and partnership opportunities!

No prior arts admin experience required -- though fund development experience is definitely appreciated! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve a two-year term, minimum 3 hours per month time commitment. Overall time commitment is approx. 5hrs/month.
• Attend monthly committee meetings (online or in-person as determined by the committee).
• Work with board liaison member to develop detailed fund-development plan based on established goals, including the following elements:
• Work in a team with the committee and staff to execute the fund-development plan
  • Yearly fundraising event
  • Donation / Sponsorship campaigns
  • Prospect tracking and development
  • Data tracking and management
• Assist with fundraising activities.
