Toronto-based dance collective SaMel Tanz has officially touched down at EMMEDIA and West Village Theatre and they’ve brought their boldest, most hard-hitting performance yet: CHAMPIONESS.

Blending boxing with contemporary, street, and Latin dance, CHAMPIONESS is not your typical dance show. It’s a full-body storytelling experience, raw, physical, and emotionally charged, exploring identity, mental health, resilience, and what it really means to fight your way through life.
